When you purchase the SmallRig 3456 Atomos Shinobi 7 Cage, it comes complete with a NATO rail positioned at both the top and the bottom, and equipped with 1/4"-20 and 3/8”-16 threaded holes.

Apart from its standard features, this cage is cleverly designed to accommodate the fitment of a baseplate at the top. With this, owners can easily attach a V-mount battery or a wireless image transmitter. Even with the cage on, the original Atomos sunshade can be used as usual without any interference. To protect the interface of your monitor, the cage is fitted with a sturdy cable clamp. This cage features four holes specifically for a shoulder strap, making it easy to sling the screen over your shoulder.
