The SmallRig 4378 Extension Arm is engineered primarily for DJI RS 4, RS 4 Pro, RS 3, RS 3 Pro, RS 3 mini, and RS 2 stabilizers. It's built from carbon fiber, a lightweight material that ensures high load capacity while keeping the weight on the lighter side. It is incorporated with a 1/4-20" screw at the top section to simplify the installation process on the base of the DJI stabilizer. The extension arm comes with anti-deflection baffles, improving the overall stability, and non-slip padding to enhance grip.

When used for photography from a lower angle, the arm reduces the strain on the photographer's waistline, enabling unique shots such as shooting through car windows or from elevated perspectives. The underside of the extension arm is equipped with a 1/4-20" threaded hole for mounting on a tripod (compatible with SmallRig ID 4117).
