8Sinn Riser Plate II

The 8Sinn Riser Plate II is a component of the 8Sinn baseplate system designed to help position the optical center at 85 mm in your camera setup. It is intended for use with the 8Sinn 15 mm Baseplate, which includes a compatible opening for installation.

Compared with the Riser Plate I, this version is compatible with the specially designed 8Sinn Arca Swiss Plate for Riser Plate II. It features a release pin on one side and a lever on the other, allowing for easy adjustment without getting in the way of normal camera operation. The Arca Swiss plate is locked securely on both sides for added protection and stability.

With an 8Sinn cage, 15 mm baseplate, Riser Plate II, and the matching 8Sinn Arca Swiss Plate for Riser Plate II, the optical center can be achieved with the following camera models:

When used without a cage, but with the 15 mm Baseplate, Riser Plate II, and the matching 8Sinn Arca Swiss Plate for Riser Plate II, the optical center can be achieved with the RED V-Raptor.
