The ingenious Core SWX PowerBase EDGE LITE Small Form Cine Base Battery Pack PBE-LITE is an optimum choice for individuals who have already made investments in the Powerbase system or those who are seeking a 'basic' pack without requiring a V-mount connection.

Mirroring nearly all features of the original Edge, the Edge Lite version lacks a runtime LCD and the aforementioned V-mount connection, but does not compromise on its capabilities.

This sleekly designed 14.8V battery pack can handle a continuous load of up to 8A. Equipped with a quick-release plate and several 1/4"-20 screw threads, it offers easy attachment and detachment from the camera for a modular fit. The Edge Lite's top plate is also compatible with the quick-release plate of the preceding Edge model, making integration into an existing Powerbase setup a breeze.

In a versatile move, the device sports two unregulated D-Tap ports that can power your on-camera monitor or wireless transmitter. Plus, its two USB Type-A outputs are capable of charging your mobile device. An extra 8V output is compatible with earlier battery paddle cables for connectivity with your DSLR camera or camcorder. The Powerbase EDGE LITE can be recharged using a separately available D-Tap charger.
