Leitz Leica VALOO – Aperture Control and Filter Ring for Elmar/Summar Lenses

The Leitz VALOO is an original aperture control ring designed specifically for early collapsible Leica lenses, such as the Elmar 50mm f/3.5 and Summar 50mm f/2, in Leica M39 screw mount (LTM). It screws onto the front filter threads of the lens and allows you to easily control the aperture using an external ring—a helpful accessory especially when the original aperture dial is small or hard to grip.

It also functions as a filter holder, accepting A36 clamp-on filters.
