Remote Air Pro 3 Wireless Follow Focus System
Take precise control of your lens with the PDMovie Remote Air Pro 3, a versatile wireless follow focus solution designed for focus, zoom, and iris control. The system includes one controller and one receiver motor, with support for additional motors if you want to expand into a multi-axis FIZ setup.
The handwheel offers a wireless range of up to 100 meters and supports 19 selectable channels, helping you maintain a clean signal even in more demanding environments. For mobile control, the available iOS app lets you operate the system from up to 10 meters away using your iPhone or iOS device.
The included receiver motor features a built-in wireless antenna, power input, and a cine-style 0.8 MOD drive gear for working with cinema lenses that use standard gear rings. It can control focus, iris, or zoom, and multiple motors can be linked together when more than one lens ring needs to be driven. Calibration is straightforward and supports lenses with or without hard stops.
Clear OLED displays on both the motor and handwheel keep system information easy to read at a glance. Bluetooth is built in to both the controller and receiver motor, allowing lens control, lens data management, and automated lens movement through the iPhone app. The large 75 mm handwheel is designed for smooth follow control, especially when using your palm or wearing gloves.
With four 1/4" mounting points, the controller can be attached to the included handle or mounted on a wide range of rigs, monitors, or arms. The handwheel includes separate controls for focus, zoom, and iris, enabling simultaneous operation of up to three axes with the appropriate motor setup. A built-in LED and glow-in-the-dark marking discs make custom marks easy to see in low-light conditions.
