The PolarPro Recon Director's Pack is a fully comprehensive filter system specifically designed for the professional filmmaker who wishes to get the most from their equipment. This product line has been developed in collaboration with Canadian filmmaker Peter McKinnon, ensuring only high-quality materials are included within the kit. The centerpiece of this kit is the VND 3-6+ filter.

This filter boasts a diameter of 82mm but can be adapted for use with smaller lenses introducing a step ring. It has the capability to block 3 to 6 stops of light. A noticeable feature of this filter is its gold-colored aluminum retainer. It comes with a laser-engraved stop indication accurately showing the amount of f-stops light you are blocking. With every adjustment, you can feel a soft click informing you that the filter has reached a different stop.

The VND can be bolstered with the addition of Recon filters, inclusive of the accompanying Mist and BlueMorpic filters, and a Matte Box. These filters and Matte Box can be attached to an 82mm tread base without the necessity for the VND 3-6+ filter. This means that switching filters or attaching the matte box can be done quickly and efficiently.

This filter system is extremely compact and made from high-quality materials associated with PolarPro. The kit includes a convenient storage bag to safeguard your filters and enable quick filter selection.
