The Shimoda Core Unit DSLR RST XL50 is a modular camera insert designed to make the most of your Action X50 backpack. With access points at the back, side, and top, it gives you fast, flexible access to your gear in almost any situation.
Flexible access for demanding setups
Reach your equipment from the back for full-system access, grab your camera quickly from the side without taking off your backpack, or handle longer super-telephoto lenses from the top opening. This design is built for photographers who need speed, convenience, and efficient storage in one solution.
Built for large lenses and pro bodies
The RST XL50 is made to fill the full main compartment of the Action X50, allowing you to carry exceptionally long lenses up to 53 cm. It is suitable for large telephoto options such as the Sony, Canon, and Nikon 600mm f/4.0 attached to a camera body, as well as lenses like the Sony 200-600mm and 400-800mm, Nikon 180-600mm, Canon 200-800mm, Fuji 150-600mm, and OM 150-600mm. Many of these lenses can remain mounted on the camera while packed.
