The same 1/4"-20 thread can be used to mate the smartphone clamp with the 1/4"-20 threaded screw on the crab clamp. In addition to the 1/4"-20 threaded screw, the crab clamp includes two 3/8"-16 threaded holes for added versatility with compatible accessories.
