The SmallRig 5187 Cage is expertly crafted for the Sony Alpha 1 II and Alpha 9 III, offering enhanced protection for your camera as well as a variety of expansion options. It features the innovative HawkLock quick-release NATO rail and an Arca-Swiss plate, allowing for easy one-click secure attachment to various optional HawkLock accessories, including side handles (SmallRig ID 4485), quick-release mounting plates (SmallRig ID 4486), and top handles (SmallRig ID 4483).
Designed with a three-point anti-deflection locking structure, this cage secures the camera with two 1/4"-20 screws on the underside and right side, along with an M4 positioning pin below, eliminating the need to remove the D-rings. It also includes protective padding around it to prevent scratches, and a hinged door at the battery compartment that enhances grip by providing additional support for your pinky finger.
