Build a more flexible camera rig with this compact mounting plate kit, designed to securely hold two 15 mm rods with a 60 mm center-to-center spacing. It provides a solid platform for adding accessories such as follow focus systems, matte boxes, lens supports, and V-mount battery plates.
The top section features an adjustable quick-release clamp with an upgraded locking design that is compatible with most Manfrotto 501-series plates. Simply press the plate into place and tighten the lever to lock it down securely. This streamlined setup helps you swap cameras faster and spend less time on adjustments.
The kit includes a Manfrotto 501-style quick release plate, so you can get started right away. The base is also compatible with optional ARRI-style dovetail plates (SmallRig ID 3770), making it easy to mount, remove, and balance your setup by shifting the center of gravity as needed.
For added security, the base includes both 1/4"-20 and 3/8"-16 threaded mounting holes, allowing a dual-screw connection with Manfrotto plates for a stable, vibration-resistant fit.
